Background
Montana State University is seeking a turnkey configurable cloud-based solution that has been successfully implemented at similar-sized higher education institutions to facilitate research capacities. The highest priority is to secure a central system for research administration that improves efficiency within the MSU research administration (RA) enterprise. Offerors are strongly encouraged to respond with functional details and to convey how their service would work to best meet the university's needs.

Work Details
The solicitation seeks a turnkey configurable cloud-based solution that has been successfully implemented at similar-sized higher education institutions to facilitate research capacities through a portfolio of services.
The offerors are required to review and accept various terms and conditions, including the single point of contact information, instructions for submitting a proposal, contract terms, RFP general information, insurance requirements, instructions and schedule for the Offerors' Questions and University's Response, acceptance terms, minimum score requirement, Right to Investigate and Reject clause, Mandatory Requirements clause, Cooperative Purchasing clause, Presentation/Demonstration/Interview requirement, Financial Stability requirement, Debarment clause, Prime Contractor/Subcontractors information, Expanded Data Security Terms, and Contract Addendum.
