Para Pathways RFP

Background
The Office of Public Instruction (OPI) in Montana is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide and maintain a comprehensive library of online learning modules specifically designed for special education professionals.

This initiative is grounded in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) laws and regulations, aiming to enhance professional development for local school district staff, state agency personnel, and participants in the Paraprofessionals Pathway Project (PPP).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for creating and maintaining a library of online learning modules that cover various aspects of special education as mandated by IDEA.

The training modules will serve multiple purposes, including professional development for local school district staff and state agency personnel. The proposal must include a detailed cost proposal and address all items outlined in the attached Offeror Qualifications document, Scope document, and Cost Proposal document.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue until the completion of the project as specified in the RFP. The closing date for proposals is set for September 30, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily within the State of Montana.
