MSU Billings Dining Services Program - Food & Beverages

Background
Montana State University Billings (MSUB) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified Food Service Contractors to provide comprehensive food and beverage services across its University Campus and City College Campus in Billings, Montana.

The goal of this contract is to establish a Dining Services Program that includes mandatory board plans, catering, and retail sales.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing food and beverage services that encompass the following:

- Mandatory board plans for students
- Catering services for events
- Retail food sales

The services must meet the specifications outlined in the RFP documents, including Attachment 4 - Requirements. Additionally, contractors must comply with various prerequisites such as financial stability verification, insurance requirements, and adherence to the University's cooperative purchasing clause.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue until the end of the academic year 2025, with specific timelines detailed in the RFP schedule.

Services will be performed at Montana State University Billings' University Campus and City College Campus located in Billings, Montana.
