Background
The State of Montana is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of bulk diesel fuel and gasoline to various state and political subdivision locations. This contract aims to ensure a reliable source of fuel for state operations, enhancing the efficiency of services provided by the government.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for supplying and delivering bulk diesel fuel and gasoline as specified in the solicitation. The delivery locations are outlined in Attachment A of the Invitation For Bid (IFB).

Bidders must provide a valid 'Vendor Markup' quotation for each agency bid location, with all other price components being pre-established. The awarded vendor will be determined based on the lowest valid 'Vendor Markup' quotation.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will remain effective until all obligations are fulfilled, with specific timelines detailed in the IFB.

Place of Performance
Delivery will occur at various locations throughout the State of Montana as specified in Attachment A of the IFB.
