RFP for Comprehensive CRM Solution for Student Data Management

Background
The Mississippi University for Women is seeking a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution aimed at enhancing the management of student data. The goal of this contract is to facilitate the collection, input, and management of data related to prospective students, applicants, admitted students, and those who have registered for orientation or have been canceled, rejected, or enrolled.

This initiative aligns with the university's mission to improve student engagement and streamline administrative processes.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a CRM software solution that includes functionalities for:
1. Collecting and managing data on prospective students;
2. Tracking applications from submission through admission;
3. Managing records of admitted students;
4. Facilitating orientation registration processes;
5. Maintaining records of students who have canceled their applications or been rejected;
6. Managing data for enrolled students.

The software should be user-friendly and capable of integrating with existing systems used by the university.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by February 10, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Mississippi University for Women, located in Columbus, MS.
