Background
Singing River Health System is issuing a solicitation for the SRG Roof Replacement project. Work Details
The contract involves the replacement of the roof at Singing River Gulfport. Contractors must possess a Mississippi 'Certificate of Responsibility' if their bid exceeds $50,000. Plans and specifications for the project are available in digital format only, with hard copies available for purchase at the bidder's expense.

A bid deposit of $200.00 per set is required, which is non-refundable. Bidders must submit proposals using the provided Bid Forms, either in person or electronically via www.mhardyarchitect.com.

A performance and payment bond for 100% of all labor and materials is required from the successful bidder, along with a 5% bid bond.

Period of Performance
The bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on March 5, 2025, with work expected to commence shortly thereafter as per the agreed timeline outlined in the contract documents.
