Engineering Services for FY 2025 CDBG and DRA Projects

Background
The Town of Lambert is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering services for the implementation of FY 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects and FY 2025 Delta Regional Authority (DRA) projects.
The goal is to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Work Details
The selected Engineer will be responsible for:
1) Preparing project cost estimates for application preparation;
2) Preparing plans and specifications;
3) Distributing bid documents;
4) Assisting in bid opening and preparing bid tabulation;
5) Assisting in the execution of construction contracts;
6) Holding pre-construction conferences;
7) Performing construction inspections including periodic reports to the Town of Lambert; and
8) Approving all payment requests.
A timeline of required activities will be provided upon request.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed in accordance with the project timeline established during the proposal evaluation process, focusing on completing all engineering services through project closeout.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Lambert, Mississippi.
