Educational Services and Support for Nativity BVM Catholic Elementary School in Biloxi, MS

Background
Nativity BVM Catholic Elementary School (NBVM) is a small, Catholic school located in Biloxi, MS. For almost 70 years, NBVM has been providing excellent educational and faith-based services to PK – sixth grade students along the MS Gulf Coast. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to invite businesses who specialize in the installation of HVAC units and mini split units to submit proposals for consideration in their project aimed at ensuring efficient and healthy air circulation throughout the building.

Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for the total installation of new HVAC and mini split units along with appropriate auxiliary equipment. Specific tasks include:
- Replacement of three to four, 10-Ton gas package units with new gas package units and adapter curbs in the school gymnasium.
- Replacement of two to three, 3-Ton dining room mini splits in the school cafeteria.
- Replacement of one to two, 4-Ton mini split units in the adjacent kitchen.
- Additional equipment/work that may be necessary to complete the overall project.
- All labor, materials, crane, and electrical must be included in the total price.
- Must be able/available for continued maintenance.

Period of Performance
The project is expected to commence upon selection of a vendor and must be completed by March 24, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Nativity BVM Catholic Elementary School located at 1046 Beach Boulevard, Biloxi, MS 39530.
