Construction Contract Opportunity for Bay St Louis Hancock County Library Roof Replacement

Background
The Hancock County Board of Supervisors is seeking electronic or sealed bids for the construction of the Bay St. Louis Hancock County Library Roof Replacement. The bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. Local Time on May 20, 2024, and then publicly opened and read. Bidders must be qualified under Mississippi Law and show a current Certificate of Responsibility issued by the Mississippi State Board of Public Contractors.

Work Details
The contract involves the construction of the Bay St. Louis Hancock County Library Roof Replacement. The bidder must deposit a Bid Bond in an amount equal to 5% of its bid, payable to the Hancock County Board of Supervisors as bid security. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract amount.

Period of Performance
