Spec 6A Sand - Memphis MT

Background
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Northeast District is seeking to procure Spec 6A Sand for delivery to its facility located in Memphis, Missouri. This procurement is part of MoDOT's ongoing efforts to maintain and improve transportation infrastructure within the state. The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable supply of quality sand for construction and maintenance projects.

Work Details
The contractor will be required to deliver a total of 3,000 tons of Spec 6A Sand to the Memphis Maintenance Building located at 19980 State Route MM, Memphis, MO 63555. The delivery must comply with all specifications outlined in the solicitation documents. The unit price submitted should include all costs associated with delivery (F.O.B. – Destination). Bidders are encouraged to ensure that the sand meets the quality standards specified by MoDOT.

Period of Performance
The estimated delivery time for the sand is as soon as possible but must be completed no later than May 16, 2025. The solicitation responses are due by February 10, 2025.
