Background
The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking sealed bids for property maintenance demolitions at three locations as part of its efforts to manage and maintain public safety and urban development. The contract aims to facilitate the demolition of structures that are deemed unsafe or no longer viable, thereby contributing to community revitalization efforts.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the demolition of three specific properties: 1310 S 10th Street, 1914 ½ Jamesport Road, and 2503 S 11th Street. Each property requires the complete removal of the structures, including any associated debris and hazardous materials such as asbestos. The work includes:

- Demolition of residential structures at each location.
- Removal and proper disposal of all demolition-related solid waste materials.
- Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding asbestos abatement, including notification to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR).
- The contractor must provide a bid price for completing the demolition within 30 calendar days from the start date.
- A performance bond will be required if the contract amount exceeds $10,000.
