MoDOT SE District Corrugated Metal Culvert Pipe

Background
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Southeast District is seeking bids from qualified suppliers to establish pricing for Corrugated Metal Culvert Pipe (CMP) and bands. The goal of this contract is to facilitate as-needed orders for delivery to various locations within the MoDOT Southeast District, including maintenance buildings or roadside locations.

The bid prices must remain firm from the notice of award through February 28, 2026, with an option for four one-year extensions upon mutual agreement. This will be a multiple award contract with locked-in pricing submissions from all suppliers for the duration of the contract.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of various sizes of Corrugated Metal Culvert Pipe (CMP) and CMP bands. Specific items include:
- CMP Pipes in diameters ranging from 12" to 84", including sizes such as 12", 15", 18", 21", 24", 30", 36", 42", 48", 54", 60", 66", and 72".
- CMP Bands corresponding to each pipe diameter, specifically for sizes: 12", 15", 18", 21", 24", 30", 36", 42", 48", and up to 66".
- Additional specifications include flared arch pipes in various dimensions:
- Flared Arch B-1 = 15" Diameter
- Flared Arch B-2 = 18" Diameter
- Flared Arch B-3 = 21" Diameter
- Flared Arch B-4 = 24" Diameter
- Flared Arch B-5 = 30" Diameter
- Flared Arch B-6 = 36" Diameter
- Flared Arch B-7 = 42" Diameter
- Flared Arch B-8 = 48" Diameter
- Flared Arch B-9 = 54" Diameter
- Flared Arch B-10 = 60" Diameter
- Flared Arch B-11 = 66" Diameter.
All products must meet MoDOT specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will remain effective until February 28, 2026, with options for four additional one-year extensions based on mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Delivery locations include any maintenance building or roadside within the MoDOT Southeast District.
