MO Medicaid Enterprise Health Information Technology Consulting Services QVL

Background
The solicitation is issued on behalf of the Office of Administration (OA) – Information Technology Services Division (ITSD), Department of Social Services (DSS), Department of Mental Health (DMH), and Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) in the State of Missouri.

The Missouri Medicaid Enterprise (MME) aims to purchase and monitor healthcare services for low-income individuals, including the elderly, disabled, and children in poverty. The goal of this contract is to establish a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for Health Information Technology Consulting Services to support MME-related projects.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide IT consulting services specific to the Missouri Medicaid Enterprise related to healthcare. Services include but are not limited to:
- System Security Risk Assessment
- Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Services
- Analytics
- Project Management Office Services
- Business Analysis
- Data Management
- Disaster Recovery Planning
- Health Informatics
- Incident Management
- Infrastructure Support

The contractor must have a minimum of four years' experience in providing Health Information Technology consulting services in a public governmental environment. All project work will be processed through a Statement of Work (SOW) process. Staff augmentation services will not be acquired through this contract.

Period of Performance
The contract period is effective from the date of award through four years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations as designated by the state agencies involved in the Missouri Medicaid Enterprise.
