INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) MODOT NE DISTRICT-FY25-0020-SL: Spec BR2 Blanket Rock - New Cambria MT

Background
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Northeast District is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure Spec BR2 Blanket Rock. The goal of this contract is to ensure the timely delivery of the specified material to support transportation infrastructure needs in the region.

This procurement is part of MoDOT's ongoing efforts to maintain and improve the state's transportation system.

Work Details
The contractor will be required to deliver 300 tons of Spec BR2 Blanket Rock to the New Cambria Maintenance Building located at 29992 State Highway PP, New Cambria, MO 63558. The delivery must be completed no later than May 16, 2025.

Bidders are encouraged to include MBE and WBE participation in their proposals, aiming for at least 10% MBE and 5% WBE participation. All bids must include pricing that covers delivery costs (F.O.B. Destination).

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will commence upon award and must be completed by May 16, 2025.
