Background

Work Details

5) Spatial analysis for future burial needs considering cultural practices;
6) Comprehensive evaluation of current operations and management practices;
7) Assessment of facilities and equipment;
8) Review and recommendations for business plans regarding fees and perpetual care;
9) Compliance assessment with federal and state laws;
10) Development of marketing strategies to enhance community awareness.
Deliverables include a final report with research findings, operational analysis, investment recommendations, a conceptual layout plan, and presentations to stakeholders.
Period of Performance
The project is expected to commence upon contract award with a budget set at $125,000. The timeline for proposal submission is April 22, 2025, with project activities scheduled thereafter.
