The required documentation affirming enrollment must be from the federal work authorization program provider. A letter from the respondent reciting compliance is not sufficient. All proposals should include the signed and notarized Work Authorization Affidavit and the electronic signature page from the E-Verify program. A letter from the Service Provider reciting compliance is not sufficient. The City is committed to providing opportunities to DBE, MBE, and WBE prime, general, and subcontractors and encourages such business enterprises to submit responses.
Background
The City of Springfield, Missouri, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a master plan for Hazelwood Cemetery. 9) Compliance assessment with federal and state laws;
10) Development of marketing strategies to enhance community awareness.

Deliverables include a final report with research findings, operational analysis, investment recommendations, a conceptual layout plan, and presentations to stakeholders.

Period of Performance
The project is expected to commence upon contract award with a budget set at $125,000. The timeline for proposal submission is April 22, 2025, with project activities scheduled thereafter.

The work will be performed at Hazelwood Cemetery located at 1642 E. Seminole in Springfield, Missouri.
