25-071 Temporary Horse Stall Rental at The National Equestrian Center

Background
St. Charles County Government in St. Charles, Missouri is seeking bids for the rental of temporary horse stalls at the National Equestrian Center (NEC). The goal of this contract is to provide necessary stall rental services for various events held at the facility over a specified period.

Work Details
The vendor will provide temporary stall rental services, including:
- Up to 160 portable temporary stalls and extension cords for each stall.
- Delivery and setup of stalls by the vendor's staff.
- Adherence to a scheduling process with a designated County contact.
- Compliance with any changes requested by the County regarding the number of stalls or service frequency.

The vendor must include all costs related to fuel and environmental compliance in their quoted prices, as well as delivery and setup charges. If the vendor fails to pick up stalls as scheduled, they must remove them within 24 hours of notification and issue a credit memo for any missed services. Stall rentals are expected to occur between May and October, with the County needing stalls for 1 to 3 events per year.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for approximately thirty-six (36) months from the date of notice of award, with options for two (2) additional one-year extensions.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the National Equestrian Center located in St. Charles, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess necessary business licenses and comply with local laws, including anti-discrimination statutes related to Israel. They must also submit an affidavit confirming enrollment in a federal work authorization program (E-Verify). Additionally, bidders must not have any outstanding debts or obligations to St. Charles County.
