Background
The City of Hazelwood, Missouri is seeking proposals for a Pyro-Musical Show to be held on July 4, 2025.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a fireworks display lasting between 18 to 20 minutes, starting at approximately 9:15 p.m. on July 4, 2025.
Key requirements include:
1. At least two licensed operators must launch the fireworks electronically.
2. Fireworks must comply with the National Fire Code (NFPA 1123-2000).
3. The contractor must provide a detailed proposal including shell sizes, types, manufacturers, and quantities for aerial and ground displays.
4. A music accompaniment must be provided by the contractor and include Ray Charles’ rendition of 'America the Beautiful'.
5. All pyrotechnics must be stored and transported according to NFPA regulations.
6. The contractor is responsible for setup, cleanup, and ensuring safety measures are in place during the event.
