Rebid-PW - Pump Station 4 Fuel Tank Demolition

Background
The City of Minneapolis is issuing this Call for Bids for prospective suppliers to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Pump Station 4 Fuel Tank Demolition.

This project is under the Water Treatment & Distribution Services Department, aiming to ensure safe and compliant removal of the fuel tank as part of their operational maintenance.

Work Details
The contract includes the following tasks:
1. Demolition of Pump Station 4 Fuel Oil Tank per Bid Specifications.
2. Alternate #1: Construction of a new concrete slab under the existing tank location.
3. Alternate #2: Per ton disposal of contaminated granular fill (estimated quantity: 30 tons).
4. Alternate #3: Per gallon collection and disposal of remaining fuel oil in the tank (estimated quantity: 100 gallons).

All work must comply with provided specifications and documents.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is expected to begin upon award and must be substantially completed by December 31, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Pump Station 4, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
