THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase Bear Proof Storage Locker deliver to Monticello, MN. The Contractor(s) must be able to provide Seventeen Small Bear Proof Storage Locker for an order at a contracted rate to the location listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation Must be submitted in writing to Jeeneng.vang@state.mn.us no later than April 16, 2025, 2:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Background
The State of Minnesota, through its Department of Natural Resources (DNR), is seeking to procure Bear Proof Small Food Storage Lockers for use in its Division of Parks and Trails.
The goal of this procurement is to enhance food storage safety in areas where bear activity is prevalent, thereby protecting both wildlife and park visitors.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a total of seventeen (17) Bear Proof Small Food Storage Lockers.
These lockers must meet the specifications outlined in Exhibit C of the contract document, ensuring they are durable and effective in preventing bear access.
The lockers will be delivered to Monticello, MN as specified in the contract.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract term is from April 30, 2025, to December 30, 2025, with an option for extension for up to one additional year at the discretion of the State.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the Bear Proof Small Food Storage Lockers is Monticello, Minnesota.
