The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase Class V Rip Rap and clean 1 1/2" crossing rock Delivery of approximately 770 tons of MNDOT Class V rip rap and 35 tons of clean 1 1 2 crossing rock to a stream bank located approximately 5 miles west of Weaver MN. Access to stockpile site will be by a 5,000-foot long existing field road which includes a low water stream crossing that will be maintained by DNR Fisheries. The Contractor(s) must be able to provide Rip Rap and Clean Crossing Rock for an order at a contracted rate to the location listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Background
The State of Minnesota, through its Department of Natural Resources (DNR), is seeking to procure materials for environmental restoration. The contract aims to deliver Class V Rip Rap and clean 1 ½” crossing rock to a stream bank as part of the DNR's efforts to maintain and enhance natural resources in the state.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering approximately 770 tons of MNDOT Class V rip rap and 35 tons of clean 1 ½” crossing rock. The delivery location is approximately 5 miles west of Weaver, MN, with access via a 5,000-foot long existing field road that includes a low water stream crossing maintained by DNR Fisheries.

All materials must be new and not refurbished, fully assembled, and ready for use. The unit price must include all costs associated with the project such as freight, materials, manuals, and warranty. The contractor must notify the DNR immediately if there are any changes to the delivery schedule or if modifications are recommended during fabrication. The DNR reserves the right to refuse delivery if the product does not meet specifications or quality standards.

Period of Performance
The effective date of the contract will be January 03, 2025, or upon obtaining all required signatures. The contract will expire on January 02, 2026, unless extended by mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Delivery will occur at a stockpile site located at approximately 57665 173rd Ave Kellogg MN 55945.
