Work Details

The proposal is for a single lump sum for all work and trades involved in the project scope. Bids must be submitted in duplicate and be sealed when submitted. The bid proposal form must state the price in both writing and figures, be signed personally by the bidder and by a partner or a duly authorized officer for a corporation, and give the bidder's business address. All bids must be accompanied by a sworn, notarized statement that discloses any familial relationship between the owner and any employee of the bidder and any member of the board, superintendent, or CEO of the district.

Period of Performance
