Performing Arts Center Roof Replacement

Background
The Allegan Public Schools is seeking proposals for the Performing Arts Center Roof Replacement project. The project is located at 550 5th St., Allegan, Michigan 49010. The project is managed by the Christman Company and the Architect/Engineer is Tower Pinkster. The deadline for submitting proposals is Wednesday, June 26th, 2024 at 2:00 pm.

Work Details
The project involves the replacement of the roof of the Allegan Public Schools Performing Arts Center. The work categories and specific requirements are detailed in the Project Manual.
Contractors bidding on the work must be bondable and include the cost for furnishing a Co-Obligee Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Co-Obligee Performance Bond in their bid.
Bidders are advised that the Owner reserves the right to reject or declare any bid as non-responsive based on failure to confirm acceptance of the Trade Contract without modification.

Period of Performance
The pre-bid conference will be held at the Allegan High School Performing Arts Center on Monday, June 17th @ 10:00 am.
All Pre-Bid RFIs are due by June 19th.
