Notice of Intent to Award for Solicitation 23*3086 - EMS RFP

Background
The Department of Technology, Management, & Budget’s Procurement office has completed the evaluation of RFP 230000003086 for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) System Tools.

The goal of this contract is to select contractors to provide one or more of four EMS System Tools. The contract term is three years, with up to five one-year renewal options.

Work Details
The RFP includes four systems:
1) Systems of Care (SoC) Registry,
2) EMS Repository,
3) EMS Documentation Tool, and
4) Licensing and Verification.

Bidders can propose for all or selected systems. Mandatory minimum requirements include compliance with the most recent version of NEMSIS for bidders proposing on the EMS Repository or EMS Documentation Tool. Award recommendations were made to biospatial Inc. for $1,286,783.66 and Locality Media Inc. (DBA First Due) for $579,421.09.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three years with the option for up to five additional one-year renewals.
