Background

- Ink: Full color (4/4) with bleeds
- Text Paper: 80# Gloss Text
- Packaging: Shrink wrap in bundles of 100
- Proofing: An electronic PDF proof must be provided before final approval.

The vendor must submit a detailed estimate with their bid, and the work must be completed within 10 business days upon approval of the proof.

Period of Performance
The work must be completed within 10 business days after the vendor receives proof approval.

Place of Performance
The printed materials are to be shipped back to Bradley M. Schumann at the General Services Building, located at 7461 Crowner Dr., Dimondale, MI 48821.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be pre-qualified with Print & Mail Management (PMM) and registered with the State of Michigan. Only bids from pre-qualified vendors will be accepted. Bids must include all costs, including freight, and must be submitted online.
