Martin Public Schools Addition and Renovation

Background
The Martin Public Schools Addition and Renovation project is initiated by Martin Public Schools, located at 1556 Chalmers Street, Martin, MI 49070. The project aims to enhance the educational facilities of the school through construction and renovation efforts.

The architectural design is managed by Tower Pinkster, while The Christman Company serves as the Construction Manager for this project.

Work Details
The contract encompasses all work categories as detailed in the Project Manual. Contractors are required to submit sealed proposals for these work categories. All bids must include a Co-Obligee Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Co-Obligee Performance Bond.

A certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond amounting to at least five percent (5%) of the base bid must accompany each proposal as bid security. Proposals should be clearly marked with the work category number and the bidder's information.

Period of Performance
The proposals must be submitted by January 15, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The contract performance period will commence following the award of contracts.
