Background
The Michigan Department of Technology Management and Budget issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the implementation and administration of the Michigan Home Energy Program. 7. Quality Assurance Plan and Program Evaluation to ensure effectiveness.

The total award amount is $28,396,700.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of four years with options for three additional one-year renewals.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Michigan.
