GRPS Renovations to Coit Arts Academy

Background
The Grand Rapids Public Schools (GRPS) is seeking bids for the Renovations to Coit Arts Academy project. The project is contracted with Triangle Associates under a Construction Management agreement, and Triangle will act as the Owner's constructor. Specialty subcontractors are being solicited for various tasks including Masonry Restoration, General Trades, Milling and Paving, Aluminum, Glass & Glazing, Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Testing & Balancing, Temperature Controls), and Building Electrical.

Work Details
The work includes various renovation tasks such as Masonry Restoration, General Trades (Carpentry HM Frames, Doors, Gypsum Board, Carpet Tile, Dance Floor, Painting, Asphalt), Milling and Paving, Aluminum, Glass & Glazing, Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Testing & Balancing, Temperature Controls), and Building Electrical.
The project involves renovations to Coit Arts Academy.

Period of Performance
The proposals are due on Tuesday, April 9th, 2024 at 2:00 PM.
The pre-bid meeting was held on Monday, March 18th, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Coit Arts Academy.
The project is scheduled for Summer 2024.

Place of Performance
The renovations will take place at Coit Arts Academy located at 617 Coit Ave NE in Grand Rapids, MI 49506.
