Background

The goal is to procure and implement a common tool that supports a large, decentralized university environment, facilitating coordination among various units while allowing them to maintain their independent marketing strategies.

Work Details
The selected supplier will provide an email marketing solution that includes robust capabilities for both simple email sending and sophisticated email marketing strategies.
The RFP includes several attachments detailing requirements, agreements, and specifications:
1) RFP-0010916 Email Marketing RFP Overview;
2) General and Professional Services Agreement;
3) Data Protection Agreement;
4) Business Associate Agreement;
5) Supplier Functional & Tech Requirements & Data Security Risk Questionnaire;
6) Pricing Worksheet.
Suppliers must submit an 'intent to bid' before questions can be accepted.

Period of Performance
