CTM Fundraising Consultant

Background
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Fundraising Consultant for Children Trust Michigan through this Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 250000000329.

The goal of the contract is to enhance fundraising efforts to support children in Michigan, aligning with the agency's mission to promote the health and well-being of children and families.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive fundraising consulting services, which may include but are not limited to:

- Developing fundraising strategies
- Identifying potential funding sources
- Creating and implementing fundraising campaigns
- Providing training and support for staff and volunteers involved in fundraising activities
- Evaluating the effectiveness of fundraising efforts.

Specific deliverables will be outlined in Schedule A – Statement of Work, which bidders must complete as part of their proposal.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract start date is February 3, 2025, with a term lasting until January 31, 2028. The contract may be renewed for up to two additional one-year periods at the discretion of the State.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed within the State of Michigan.
