Asbestos Abatement at South Westnedge School

Background

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete removal of asbestos-containing materials from designated areas within South Westnedge School. A walk-through survey will be conducted on September 19, 2024, at 1:00 P.M., where contractors will receive detailed specifications regarding the removal process.

Bidders must submit sealed proposals that include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships with members of the Board of Education or the Superintendent. Additionally, bid security of 5% of the total bid amount is required, along with performance and payment bonds if the contract amount exceeds $50,000.
