Background
The State of Michigan's Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) is seeking professional architectural and engineering services for the redesign of the 6th floor of Constitution Hall in Lansing, Michigan.
This project aims to create a hybrid work environment for the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development (MDARD). The goal is to modernize office spaces to enhance functionality and compliance with current standards.

Work Details
The contract involves office and furniture renovations on approximately 6,000 square feet of occupied office space. The work includes:
- Integration of new systems furniture and floor-to-ceiling prefabricated wall systems provided by the State of Michigan.
- Creation of hard wall separations.
- Compliance with all applicable codes and barrier-free/ADA requirements.
- Adjustments and modifications to existing HVAC systems.
- Provision of general power for office spaces and connections to systems furniture.
- Establishment of data infrastructure.

The successful contractor will also be responsible for verifying the accuracy of provided CAD files and assessing the condition and usability of existing HVAC and electrical systems. The project will include phases 300, 400, 500, 600, and 700; phases 100 and 200 are excluded as preliminary design plans will be supplied by the State.

Period of Performance
Work is expected to begin immediately upon contract award, with all renovations intended to be completed within 30 days to minimize disruption to staff.

The work will be performed at Constitution Hall located at 525 West Allegan St., Lansing, MI 48933.
