Background
The State of Michigan, through its Department of Technology, Management and Budget, is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of two new boilers and associated in-line pumps for the Michigan State Police Tri-City Post.
The goal of this contract is to ensure timely delivery and installation of the boilers to enhance operational efficiency at the facility located at 2402 Salzburg Road, Freeland, MI 48623.

Work Details
The contractor will provide two (2) new boilers and associated in-line pumps as specified in the attached documents.
The scope includes all supplier costs, submittals, taxes, shipping, handling, storage, and insurance for the boilers.
The contractor must ensure that the boilers are delivered and unloaded at the project site within 48 hours of request, with final delivery no later than December 20, 2024.
The vendor warranty must pass through to the installation contractor.
Bids will include a base bid for the lowest cost boiler brand and alternates for the second and third lowest price brands.

Period of Performance
The contract period will extend until December 1, 2024 for final delivery of products.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Michigan State Police Tri-City Post located at 2402 Salzburg Road, Freeland, MI 48623.
