Background

Work Details
The contract involves supplying one (1) 80-quart planetary mixer designed for high-security correctional environments. Key specifications include:
1. **Construction**: Features tamper-resistant fasteners, security welds, lockable control, and floor-fastened legs.
2. **Electrical Requirements**: Operates on 200-240V / 50/60Hz / 3-phase with a current draw of 12.0 Amps.
3. **Performance Features**: Includes multiple mixing speeds, an activation timer with a minimum set time of 20 minutes, a bowl power lift, and a swing-out bowl.
4. **Safety Features**: Equipped with a removable stainless-steel bowl guard and safety interlocks to prevent operation unless the bowl and guard are properly in place.
5. **Appearance and Finish**: Neutral color finish is required.
6. **Warranty**: A minimum warranty coverage of one year for parts, labor, and travel time during normal working hours is required. Additionally, the vendor must provide detailed product documentation including specifications, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions.

Period of Performance
