Background

Work Details
Geo-Comm, Inc. will provide a cloud-native GIS maintenance application that supports a wide range of GIS data users.
This application will facilitate the communication of new addresses and road updates from Municipal and County Addressing Authorities to ESCB GIS staff.
The service is essential for maintaining up-to-date NG9-1-1 GIS data, which is critical for accurate routing of emergency calls.
The application also includes an Esri ArcGIS Pro desktop add-in tool called Discrepancy Resolution, which streamlines workflow by allowing ESCB staff to efficiently review reported change requests within the GIS editing environment.

Period of Performance
The contract is proposed to start on June 1, 2025, and end on May 31, 2027.
