WebFOCUS Software Renewal

Background
The Maryland Department of Labor (LABOR) is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) for the renewal of WebFOCUS software. The goal of this contract is to provide continued access to WebFOCUS services utilized for generating reports on daily work performance and activities. This assists in planning and decision-making processes. This procurement is limited to certified small business vendors under the Small Business Reserve Program.

Work Details
The contract involves the renewal of a one-year subscription for 50 WebFOCUS named user licenses, including maintenance and service level features such as reporting server, reportcaster, portal user, iAuthoring designer (InfoAssist), standard adapters, and app studio.

The specific products and services include:
1. WebFOCUS - 50 named user licenses
2. Maintenance/service level - Silver features
3. TIBCO Maintenance IBI Silver software (Part# NPN-Cloud-TIBCO-A).

Additionally, installation and training services may be required but must not exceed 49% of the total PORFP value.

Period of Performance
The contract term is from November 15, 2024, to November 16, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Maryland Department of Labor located at 100 South Charles Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201.
