Background
The Maryland Department of Commerce (Commerce) is seeking video production services for travel information content about the state. Commerce has the responsibility of attracting and retaining businesses and increasing the workforce in the State of Maryland. The State is marketed both domestically and internationally to present it as a place to work and enjoy a high quality of life.

Work Details
The Contractor will play an integral role in producing an integrated selection of products, content, and content delivery that is usable and applicable across a variety of platforms and media to promote travel to and within Maryland. This includes video content development and production, editorial and video production services, visual asset database management, video design, content creation, and services that support video production, development, and support.

The Contractor will work in conjunction with the Maryland Office of Tourism marketing & communications team to develop, design, and produce video and digital content to promote travel in Maryland. The Contractor shall provide transition assistance as requested by the State to facilitate the orderly transfer of services to the State or a follow-on contractor at the end of the contract.

Period of Performance
The contract duration is five (5) years with no renewal options. The primary place of performance will be as proposed by the Offeror.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) for the contract performance will be as proposed by the Offeror.
