Two (2) Turnkey Geophysical Survey Systems: Each System Consisting of EdgeTech 6205s2 Swath Bathymetry/Side Scan Sonar and EdgeTech 3400-OTS Sub-Bottom Profiler and Associated Components

Background
The Department of Natural Resources is seeking two (2) complete, turnkey geophysical survey systems, each consisting of an EdgeTech 6205s2 swath bathymetry/side scan sonar and EdgeTech 3400-OTS sub-bottom profiler and associated components/training. The purpose of this commodity contract is to obtain a source of supply for these systems at a firm fixed price for the term as shown herein. The State may award one-time or multiple contracts to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder(s).

Work Details
The contract requires the supply of two (2) complete, turnkey geophysical survey systems, each consisting of an EdgeTech 6205s2 swath bathymetry/side scan sonar and EdgeTech 3400-OTS sub-bottom profiler and associated components/training. The State reserves the right to inspect each load prior to acceptance by the State for compliance with the specifications herein.

Period of Performance
The term of the contract is 4 months from the time of award.
