Description

The Maryland Insurance Administration ( MIA ) is the independent State agency that regulates the insurance industry in Maryland. The MIA is issuing this Solicitation under its small procurement authority to procure the services of Financial Regulation's Financial Analyst & Examiner TeamMate+ Audit Software Setup, Support and Training. MIA would like to acquire these services for key MIA (MIS, Analyst and Examiners).Expected training time 300 hours. The MIA Financial Regulation Unit requires training, support, and project setup on the new Wolters Kluwer TeamMate+ Auditing Platform. The new migration to TeamMate+ is universal across a majority of the State Regulators. The training will provide MIA TeamMate users more vivid understanding on how to Set-Up Initial TeamMate+ projects for our Financial Analysts and Examiners, to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) Accreditation Review Standards.
Background
The Maryland Insurance Administration (MIA) is an independent State agency responsible for regulating the insurance industry in Maryland. The MIA is issuing this solicitation under its small procurement authority to procure services related to the setup, support, and training of the TeamMate+ Audit Software for its Financial Regulation Unit.

This migration to TeamMate+ is part of a broader initiative across many State Regulators, aimed at enhancing efficiency and compliance with National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ (NAIC) Accreditation Review Standards.

Work Details
The successful Offeror will provide the following services:
1. Set up initial Analyst TeamMate+ projects with applicable Roles;
2. Conduct group training on project setups and role assignments, including TeamMate+ setups using Dimensions, Assessments, and Projects;
3. Train MIA TeamMate Users on various Roles within TeamMate+;
4. Provide technical support via telephone or videoconference during MIA business hours (Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM);
5. Deliverables include a manual explaining Roles and best practices, migration from Gold to FedRamp, and ongoing technical support as needed. The training is estimated at 300 hours.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of eight (8) months with no option to renew.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Maryland Insurance Administration located at 200 St. Paul Place, Suite 2700, Baltimore, MD.
