SC 938R-Headworks Facilities Improvements at the Patapsco Wastewater Treatment Plant

Background
The City of Baltimore, Department of Public Works, Office of Engineering and Construction is seeking sealed bids or proposals for SANITARY CONTRACT NO. 938R-Headworks Facilities Improvements at The Patapsco Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project involves renovation and upgrades to the existing Grit Removal Facility. The MBE/DBE goal is 8% and the WBE/DBE goal is 2%. Interested parties must be prequalified by the City of Baltimore Contractors Qualification Committee in the Prequalification Category E13003 Water and/or Sewer Treatment Plants and Pumping Stations with a cost qualification range of $35,000,000.01 to $45,000,000.00.

Work Details
The principal items of work for this contract include renovation and upgrades to the existing Grit Removal Facility at The Patapsco Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Period of Performance
Sealed Bids or Proposals are to be received until 11:00 A.M on June 5, 2024.
A Pre-Bidding Information session will be conducted via Microsoft Teams Meeting on May 7, 2024 at 10:00 AM.
A Pre-Bid site visit will be conducted on May 14, 2024 at 10:00 AM.
All questions from bidders must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager by May 20, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at The Patapsco Wastewater Treatment Plant in Baltimore, Maryland.
