Roofed Waste Storage Facility @ Upper Marlboro

Background
The University of Maryland, College Park, through its Department of Procurement and Business Services, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the construction of a new roofed waste storage facility at the College of Agriculture & Natural Resources’ Upper Marlboro agricultural center.

This project aims to enhance waste management capabilities at the facility, aligning with the university's mission to support agricultural research and education.

Work Details
The successful contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and other resources required for the provision and installation of the roofed waste storage facility.

The scope of work includes:
1. Construction of a new roofed waste storage facility as per the contract documents.
2. Compliance with all technical specifications and amendments outlined in the contract documents.
3. Completion of all work within 90 days from the date of award.

Period of Performance
The work must be completed within 90 calendar days after notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the College of Agriculture & Natural Resources’ Upper Marlboro agricultural center located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
