RFP P45-125 Fairland Regional Park Master Plan

Background
The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) is responsible for the planning and development of parks and recreational facilities in the Maryland-National Capital region.
The goal of this contract is to engage qualified consulting firms to provide professional services for the master planning of Fairland Regional Park, located at 13950 Old Gunpowder Road, Laurel, MD 20707.

Work Details
The selected consulting firm will be required to provide comprehensive master planning services for Fairland Regional Park.
This includes conducting site analysis, community engagement, developing design concepts, preparing detailed plans and specifications, and providing recommendations for park amenities and facilities.
The firm should also consider environmental sustainability and accessibility in their planning process.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue until the completion of the master plan, with specific timelines to be determined during the project initiation phase.
