The project site is located on Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (JPPM), 10515 Mackall Road, Saint Leonard, Maryland 20685 (JPPM).Contractors may utilize their standard bid form, but please include this filled in and signed IFB. In addition, the contractor will submit-- Bid/Proposal Affidavit.-- Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure.-- Licenses or certifications.-- Company's certificates of insurance.-- Acknowledgement of receipt of any amendment(s) to this IFB.JPPM will regard any bids from contractors without the required paperwork, received after the due date, or received without the completed IFB as non-responsive. Contractors may mail, fax, or e-mail their bid. Bids must be received by the bid due date.Cost to perform this work as described in the specifications....................................The contractor will insert 10 percent of the total cost to cover contingencies, as detailed in XII.B. This will be included in the total cost.
