Background
The solicitation is for mold remediation services at Buildings E-4222, E-4227, and E-4229 at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds (South) Edgewood Enclave. Work Details
The successful mold remediation contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, etc. for mold remediation and cleaning as described within the project manual. The work includes addressing sources of moisture, remediating water-damaged/mold-impacted materials, cleaning AHU’s coils, drip pan and filter housings, replacing supply diffusers with visible suspect mold, and verifying that cleaning and remediation objectives have been met.
