Work Details
The contract involves a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) for COTS Software Master Contract. The PORFP includes three functional areas: COTS Software, Installation and Training Services, and Manufacturer's Software Maintenance. It specifies that FA II may not be purchased alone and may not exceed 49% of the PORFP value.
