The purpose of this RFI is to learn more about secure standalone ADR case management systems that allow individual users to host and manage mediation cases, upload supporting documents, distribute documents for signature, schedule mediation sessions, communicate securely with external case parties, and track milestones and required deadlines.
Background
The Maryland Judiciary is seeking to enhance its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) capabilities through the implementation of a secure standalone Mediation Case Management System.

The goal of this contract is to provide a system that allows individual users to effectively host and manage mediation cases, ensuring secure communication and document management.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a Mediation Case Management System that includes the following functionalities:
- Hosting and managing mediation cases
- Uploading supporting documents
- Distributing documents for signature
- Scheduling mediation sessions
- Secure communication with external case parties
- Tracking milestones and required deadlines.

The system must be standalone and secure, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of case information.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by November 19, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed for the Maryland Judiciary, with potential remote access capabilities for users.
