Maryland Correctional Institution-Hagerstown Generator Repairs

Background
The Department of Public Safety & Correctional Services (DPSCS) is soliciting bids for the Maryland Correctional Institution – Hagerstown (MCI-H) Generator Repairs. The objective is to procure the services of a Contractor to provide all transportation, labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts and materials necessary to repair a leaking radiator on a Caterpillar model SR4 standby generator at MCI-H. The procurement is being conducted under Small Procurement Regulations as set forth in Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) 21.05.07.

Work Details
The Contractor is required to provide all transportation, labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, and materials necessary to repair a leaking radiator on a Caterpillar model SR4 standby generator at MCI-H. The work includes safety preparations, system preparation, radiator maintenance, radiator assembly, system restoration, and other responsibilities and tasks as detailed in the solicitation. All work shall be performed during normal working hours between 7:00am and 3:00pm; Monday through Friday.

Period of Performance
The contract duration is 30 days from the award date.

The primary place of performance is Maryland Correctional Institution - Hagerstown located at 18601 Roxbury Road, Hagerstown, Maryland 21746.
