JIRA (Data Center) Subscription Renewal

Background
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) is an independent unit of State government established to provide Maryland’s residents and small businesses with the opportunity to compare rates, benefits, and quality among health insurance plans.

The goal of this contract is to renew the subscription to Atlassian’s JIRA Software (Data Center) for a 12-month duration, which is essential for MHBE's operations.

Work Details
The vendor shall provide the following JIRA component for a 12-month duration starting February 8, 2025, through February 8, 2026:

- One (1) Support Entitlement Jira Software (Data Center) for 500 Users under Commercial Term License Renewal (ITEM # SEN-54102527).

The contract includes direct support from Atlassian as part of this purchase. Invoicing must include detailed information such as the name and address of MHBE, contractor name, products/services purchased listed separately with amounts, supporting documentation, and other required details.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on February 8, 2025, and will continue for a period of 12 months until February 8, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange located at 750 E. Pratt Street, 6th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202.
