ITB: Kramer Center Renovation

Background
The Kramer Center Renovation project is initiated by the County Commissioners of Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. The project aims to enhance an existing one-story facility located at 104 Powell Street, Centreville, Maryland 21617. The renovations are part of the county's commitment to improving public facilities and ensuring they meet current standards and needs.

Work Details
The work involves significant alterations to the existing facility, which includes:

- Removal and replacement of an existing skylight with an asphalt shingle roof.
- Installation of new appurtenant framing.
- Updates to ceiling finishes.
- Installation of acoustical panels and lighting.
- Modifications to the existing kitchen space.
- Comprehensive updates to plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.

Period of Performance
The work is expected to be substantially completed within 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Final completion must occur within 15 calendar days following substantial completion.
