Gutter Cleaning Department of General Services Annapolis and Crownsville Complex

Background
The Department of General Services (or the Department) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure the services defined in the detailed specifications and scope of work from a Contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State. The anticipated duration of services to be provided under this Contract is one year with (2) one-year options. The Department intends to make a single award as a result of this IFB.

Work Details
The solicitation is for Gutter Cleaning services for the Department of General Services Annapolis Complex. The contract will be a firm fixed contract with a seasonal duration beginning August 1, 2024, through September 1, 2025, with one-year option renewal.

The successful bidder must be able to provide all services and meet all of the requirements requested in this solicitation. Subcontractors may be used but the successful Bidder shall remain responsible for Contract performance regardless of subcontractor participation in the work.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a seasonal duration beginning August 1, 2024, through September 1, 2025, with one-year option renewal.

Place of Performance
The services are required at the Department of General Services Annapolis Complex located at 29 St. Johns Street Annapolis, MD 21401.
