Generator Preventative Maintenance And Repairs Cheltenham Youth Facility -Cancelled

Background
The Department of Juvenile Services (DJS) is seeking bids for a contractor to provide a two-year preventive maintenance service and emergency service for all emergency generators, transfer switches, and associated electrical and mechanical components located at the Cheltenham Youth Facility.
The goal is to ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and complies with applicable codes and regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will perform quarterly preventive maintenance services on the following generators:
- One Onan 200KW Diesel Genset (Model 200DFAA)
- One MTU 1750KW Diesel (Model MTU 12V4000)
- One Onan 60KW Diesel Genset (Model 60DGCB)
- One Generac 31KW Propane (Model RG04854ANAX)
- One MTA 32KW Diesel (Model DS00040DSGAK057).

Maintenance tasks include checking electrical systems, inspecting fuel lines, checking oil levels, inspecting cooling systems, testing air intake and exhaust systems, performing load bank tests, and maintaining logs of service performed.
Emergency response time for repairs must be within three hours of notification.

Period of Performance
The contract duration is two years, starting from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at the Cheltenham Youth Facility located at 11001 & 11003 Frank Tippet Road, Cheltenham, Maryland 20623.
